Meet Charlotte Mattingly

Charlotte, a native of Chattanooga, is a graduate of UT Chattanooga and South Carolina School of Law. 

 

Charlotte has dedicated her career to serving children and families in the Chattanooga area. Charlotte began her legal career as a child support enforcement attorney, where she worked on hundreds of child support cases.   She spent five years as Associate General Counsel for the Department of Children’s Services (DCS).  During her time with the State, she litigated hundreds of child welfare and termination of parental rights cases. For more than a decade,  Charlotte's practice is focused on divorce, adoption/termination of parental rights, custody, child welfare law, Guardian ad Litem work, and child support matters.
